One of the best shoulder specialists in the country, Dr. Mahesh Reddy has an enormous experience in Shoulder Arthroscopy and Replacements. His Mission was to train orthopaedic surgeons in India in the field of shoulder arthroscopy, which is the latest sub-speciality in orthopaedics. He founded the Watanabe Cadaveric Course with Andrew Wallace, and the Bangalore Shoulder Course with LenFunk, in India, with the aim to provide hands on training for Shoulder Arthroscopy Surgeons.

Reason for joining profession
My zeal for social welfare and service inspired by my father led me to join the field of medicine where I knew I would be able to help those in need.
He is also a Reviewer of two internationally renowned Orthopaedic Research Journals -The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS), and the BritishJournal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
With the Mission to reduce costs of surgical procedures, He founded and promotedNova Medical Centers- the first chain of ambulatory surgery centers in India.
Nova also runs one of the best IVF chains in the country.

My Mission-

✓ Incentivize companies to use CSR Funds to cover Health Insurance in adopted villages.
