Indore: HCG Cancer Hospital, Indore organised a two-day Women’s Health Mela to raise
awareness about women’s health, the importance of early cancer detection, and preventive
healthcare. The initiative brought together women from across the city to learn more about
breast health, cervical cancer awareness, nutrition, and overall wellness.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 150 women, who attended the
mela to gain valuable insights into preventive health practices and the significance of regular
screenings. Expert doctors conducted health talks, awareness sessions, and guided
consultations to educate attendees on the importance of early diagnosis and timely medical
intervention.

As part of the initiative, the hospital team also distributed self-breast screening awareness
booklets and interacted with participants to address their health-related queries. The mela
aimed to empower women with the right knowledge and encourage them to take proactive
steps towards their health and wellbeing.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Nitin Bamaniya, Cheif Operating Officer, HCG Cancer
