The Pre-Conference Workshop on the first day focused on developing skills in young hospital administrators, featuring real-world challenges through activities like the Young Administrator Paper Presentation, The Biz War, War for Quality, and The Ops War. Participants tackled scenarios related to hospital management, business development, quality, and operations, fostering critical thinking and rapid problem-solving skills.
