MediBuddy, India’s largest digital healthcare platform, launches ‘MediBuddy Wellness League (MWL),’ a competitive league with a significant number of corporates participating in promoting a work-life balance for their employees. Scheduled from October 16 to December 16, 2023, MWL represents an innovative and collaborative effort between corporates and a digital healthcare platform, encouraging the corporate workforce to prioritize their well-being in an engaging and interactive manner. The league is set to engage more than 90 thousand employees from various corporates currently partnered with MediBuddy.
MediBuddy Wellness League will organize participation into distinct groups: the corporates as the ‘teams,’ the HRs as ‘coaches,’ and the employees participating will be the ‘players.’ The contest will span over two months with a point-based gamification framework where points will be awarded based on the different actions performed by the employees. Regardless of the company size, a fair analysis will be provided depending on the percentage of participating employees. The winning organization will be awarded with:
