With a proven track record of over 21+ years in operations leadership across industry giants like Amazon and Marico, he brings a rich blend of expertise in scaling complex operations, process excellence, and strategic sourcing.

In his new role at MediBuddy, Nijil will spearhead key operational initiatives, focusing on network expansion, customer experience enhancement, cost optimization, and building a culture of executional excellence. He will lead the company’s efforts to deliver healthcare at scale, aligned with MediBuddy’s mission to make high-quality healthcare accessible to a billion people.
