Medicover Hospitals, Navi Mumbai, was honoured to collaborate with APTA Pelvic Health Academy as the Official Venue Partner for the prestigious Obstetric Physical Therapy Series 2025. Conducted on the 6th
7th of December 2025, the two day training brought together physiotherapists, women’s health practitioners, and students from across the region to participate in intensive learning modules focused on obstetric and pelvic health care.
To ensure a strong academic and hands on learning experience, Medicover Hospitals provided a state
ofthe-art learning environment across its Blue Planet Auditorium and dedicated clinical spaces. The venue was set up to support both theory sessions and skill based demonstrations, enabling participants to learn, observe, and practice advanced clinical techniques under expert guidance. The training covered assessment protocols, functional evaluation, labour related physiotherapy strategies, pelvic floor rehabilitation, postpartum recovery approaches, and evidence based practice in women’s health.
Medicover’s infrastructure team ensured seamless on ground coordination, including audio visual support, logistics, clinical arrangements, equipment setup, registration flow, and smooth transition between sessions. This allowed the workshops to run on schedule and helped create an encouraging atmosphere of focused learning and peer exchange. The two-day training received positive feedback from attendees for its clarity, practical depth, and the hospital’s meticulous organisational support.
Speaking about the collaboration, Neeraj Lal, Regional Director for the Maharashtra and Karnataka Region at Medicover Hospitals said, “We are proud to partner with APTA for an event that plays such an important role in improving women’s health services. Providing a platform for advanced training helps clinicians upgrade their skills and stay connected with the latest evidence-based practices. Our goal is to support programs that uplift patient care standards and build stronger clinical communities. The Hospital will continue backing initiatives that advance clinical excellence, professional development, and community well-being. Through such collaborations, the hospital remains committed to promoting high quality women’s health care across Navi Mumbai and the region.”
The interactive sessions helped clinicians refine their hands on skills, understand modern approaches to obstetric physiotherapy, and gain confidence in managing complex women’s health conditions. The structured modules also encouraged meaningful discussions, case-based learning, and team building among participants.
