Redcliffe Labs, a Pan India omnichannel diagnostics service provider, has expanded its footprints in South India with the acquisition of Celara Diagnostics, a well-established diagnostics chain in Bengaluru. This strategic move reinforces Redcliffe’s commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible and reliable diagnostics services across the region.

Celara Diagnostics, renowned for its state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities that include both advanced radiology and pathology, will now be integrated into Redcliffe Labs’ extensive network. Celara Diagnostics’ has two high-end facilities in Bengaluru – Basavanagudi Center, and the Shivaji Nagar Center. Both centers offer comprehensive diagnostic services with dedicated departments for advanced radiology, pathology, and specialized tests.

This integration will enable Redcliffe Labs to offer a broader range of diagnostic services, including high-end radiology and super-specialized pathology, with enhanced turnaround times and an improved customer experience throughout Karnataka. With the addition of Celara Diagnostics, Redcliffe Labs welcomes its founder, Dr. Radhesh S., and Chief Pathologist, Dr. Rekha Radhesh, both seasoned experts with over 35 years of experience in diagnostic medicine. Dr. Radhesh S., who previously founded the Clumax diagnostics chain, is renowned for conducting over 150,000 MRI scans and 100,000 CT scans and holds prestigious fellowships in Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging from Cleveland Clinic and Advanced Neuro Imaging from UCSD. While Dr. Rekha Radhesh, a distinguished pathologist, strengthens Redcliffe Labs’ commitment to maintaining the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

Dr. Radhesh, an expert with experience in building and scaling diagnostics ventures, will significantly enhance Redcliffe’s ability to expand further in the region. Both labs will extend Redcliffe Lab’s expertise, which provides over 3,600 routine and specialized tests, including advanced pathology testing capabilities such as biochemistry, hematology, immunoassays, histopathology, clinical pathology, cytopathology, molecular and genomic testing, hormones, microbiology, and infectious disease serology.
