Sahyadri Hospitals successfully concluded the much-anticipated “Nurse 360° Master Class” on Sunday, February 9th, 2025. This pioneering program was designed to empower nursing professionals with enhanced skills crucial for proactively anticipating patient needs, addressing emergent health concerns, and mitigating risks. The workshop focused on fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and transformative care across the healthcare spectrum.

The event was meticulously organized by a dedicated team led by Dr. Pradeep Dcosta, Lead Intensivist & Physician, HOD ICU, along with Ms. Arya Kulkarni, Deputy General Manager of Nursing, and the ICU team at Sahyadri Hospitals. Supporting this core team were esteemed members of the organizing committee, including Mr. Abrarali Dalal, Managing Director & CEO, as the Chief Patron. Co-Patrons included Dr. Sunil Rao, Group COO & Director Medical Services, and Dr. Bharat Singh, Chief of Medical Services. Contributing further were Dr. Vikram Amle, Dr. Pratibha Patel, Dr. Manisha Pawar, and Dr. Rajesh Gawade from the Scientific Content Committee, as well as Dr. Suyash Gandhe, Mr Nilesh Chile, Ms. Monali Jadhav, Mr Vishal Shedge and Mr Kalim from the Advisory Board. The event’s coordination was further enhanced by Ms. Rachel Abraham handling the responsibilities as the Organizing Secretary.

The master class featured a comprehensive array of workshops, including expert lectures, hands-on workstations, group activities, and engaging challenges like the ECG Adventures and ABC Challenge. Topics covered ranged from advanced intubation techniques and crisis management to ethical dilemmas in the ICU, all designed to equip participants with the foresight and skills necessary for exemplary patient care.

The event concluded with a series of fun, educational challenges that not only reinforced learning but also promoted team collaboration and inter-professional understanding.
