Ltd has been mandated recently by the company for the capital raise of USD 5-7 million for future expansion as per the business plan set for next 2 years. Vishal Gandhi, Founder & CEO says that he is very bullish about the prospects of the retail pharmacy business growth and is in initial discussions with some financial and strategic investors. BIORx hopes to conclude the deal in the next 4-5 months.
