Greater Noida, 8th September 2025: ShardaCare Healthcity has appointed Mr. Sandeep Dogra as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Formerly the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) since April 2025, Mr. Dogra brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare administration. In his new role, he will oversee operations, strengthen teams, and further enhance ShardaCare Healthcity’s integrated healthcare ecosystem.
At Sharda, he has driven strategic growth, managed P&L, diversified services with new specialties and outpatient clinics, and expanded digital and telehealth platforms. He has also championed operational excellence through optimized pricing, cross-functional collaboration, AI-driven insights, and patient-centric initiatives.
Mr. Dogra has led major transformations across leading healthcare institutions, including turning around Max Shalimar Bagh Hospital with significant revenue and EBITDA growth, and doubling revenue with a 330% EBITDA rise at Max Mohali. He has also driven operational excellence, launched specialty programs, attracted top medical talent, and expanded care access in India and Kenya.
