SRL Diagnostics, India’s leading diagnostics chain with the largest accredited lab network, has signed an agreement with the US-based Mayo Clinic Laboratories to further collaborate on research, training, co-hosting seminars, conferences and symposia around esoteric tests. The collaboration aims to facilitate initiatives between the two organisations in order to help physicians maintain lifelong knowledge and skills for safe clinical practice.

As the world is trying to grapple with the fallout from the pandemic, the need to focus on up-skilling, technology optimization and clinical knowledge is imperative within the medical fraternity. The collaboration will further help physicians maintain lifelong knowledge and skills for unique, niche, yet critical, lab tests in order to present accurate diagnosis and provide right treatment to the patients, especially in super specialised fields of medicine. The prime areas of educational symposia include laboratory analysis for Neurology, Oncology, Hematology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Endocrinology and Inborn errors of metabolism.
