Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, today announced the opening of its Customer Experience Center housed at Stryker’s Global Technology Center (SGTC) in Gurgaon. This state-of-the-art center is designed to demonstrate Stryker’s industry-leading portfolio of medical equipment and offer an interactive environment for customers to experience Stryker’s emerging technologies. This center will provide a seamless and effortless customer experience in showing Stryker’s products and how they address caregivers’ current challenges.
The center will showcase ICU beds, emergency transport ambulance cots, surgeon stools and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and other medical products. It will enable healthcare professionals to experience firsthand the capabilities of Stryker’s quality offerings through personalized demonstrations and provide valuable feedback to Stryker’s R&D team.
