Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has passed an order making five-day institutional quarantine mandatory for all those who test COVID-19 positive. The patients will be sent for home isolation after five days except in cases where symptoms require hospitalisation, the order said. The District surveillance officers will conduct physical verification of cases under home isolation, it added.
