.”What emotions or reflections do you have about passing the entrepreneurial torch to the next generation in your family?”

Across the world, we’ve seen how the second generation often becomes the driving force that elevates the vision of the first. For me, that isn’t just a pattern — it’s a source of immense pride. I see in my children not only a continuation of our legacy, but a bold, visionary expansion of it. They possess the kind of clarity, courage, and relentless work ethic that, when combined with a strong educational foundation and a healthy appetite for calculated risk, becomes a powerful formula for sustained success.

What fills me with hope is not just their ambition, but their awareness. As they work alongside me to shape India’s skylines, they do so with a deep-rooted sense of responsibility — towards the environment, towards our communities, and towards every individual who is a part of our journey, from the ground level to the highest tiers of leadership. That balance of scale and sensitivity is what will define the future — and I truly believe they are more than ready to lead it.

You come from a strong healthcare legacy—what core values or philosophies from your first-generation leadership have you carried forward in your journey?

My father’s life has been my most profound teacher. From a young age, I watched him lead not just with ambition, but with integrity, compassion, and unwavering faith in his responsibilities — both personal and professional. His core belief was simple yet transformative: give selflessly, stay grounded, and let your actions speak before your words.

He never pushed me into a mold; instead, he quietly gave me the wings to become who I was meant to be.

His philosophies — of always giving more than one takes, of recognizing the best in people and nurturing it, and of leading through purpose rather than pressure — have become the foundation of how I work and lead. Whether it was his patient support through the most stressful moments of my education, or the deep trust he placed in me to make my own life choices, he taught me that leadership is not about control, but about creating space for others to rise.

The one thing I would like to highlight is his EYE for DETAIL and PERFECTION.

At M3M Foundation, I have embedded these values into every program and decision. Our approach is deeply human — from the way we empower youth and women, to how we reach out to underserved communities. Like my father, I believe in identifying potential in people and giving them the tools and trust to grow. Even when facing challenges, I remember how he carried burdens with grace, never showing strain, always putting others first. That emotional strength and commitment to quiet excellence is something I strive to emulate every day.

Ultimately, my father’s legacy is not just a business empire — it’s a way of thinking, a way of being. I carry that with me into every boardroom, every village we touch, and every life we try to change.

What were the biggest challenges you faced stepping into a leadership role in a legacy business, and how did you overcome them?

My journey has been both rapid and uniquely my own. I come from Tauru, my ancestral village in Haryana, and my humble upbringing instilled in me resilience and ambition. Growing up in an environment that constantly pushed boundaries, one belief was deeply ingrained in me—the sky is not even the limit. This philosophy defines my approach to life. Over the past decade, I have consistently expanded my vision, setting my sights on higher dimensions. Though the path has been filled with hurdles and roadblocks, nothing deters me from growing and finding my reason to believe.

Today, my greatest challenges and opportunities lie in striking a balance—between my responsibilities to family, navigating the business landscape, engaging in political networks, and driving philanthropic initiatives. Each role demands focus, adaptability, and a commitment to creating meaningful impact, and I embrace this dynamic journey with unwavering determination.

How have you introduced innovation or transformation into the business while maintaining its foundational identity?

At M3M Foundation, we believe that quality healthcare is a fundamental right. Our mission is to ensure that every individual, regardless of background, has access to essential healthcare services. Over the years, we have worked to bridge healthcare gaps, strengthen infrastructure, and create sustainable health solutions that empower communities.

In the past five years, our healthcare interventions have expanded significantly. We have conducted over 120 Health Camps, providing free medical consultations, diagnostic services, and preventive care to underserved areas. To enhance healthcare delivery at the grassroots level, we renovated and upgraded 30 public & 2community health centres & sub centres, equipping them with modern infrastructure, medical tools, plumbing, and electricity, ensuring access to quality healthcare closer to home.

A major milestone was the inauguration of the iClinic in Tauru, a state-of-the-art facility providing diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services. This initiative bridges critical healthcare gaps for marginalized communities, offering comprehensive care at their doorstep.

In the past year, our targeted interventions have directly impacted 25,000 lives, expanding access to medical services. Beyond treatment, we have prioritized nutrition and preventive health awareness. Through Poshan Maah celebrations, 20+ community events, and 17 awareness sessions, we have educated over 3,000 individuals on balanced nutrition, maternal and child health, and hygiene.

Our POSHAN initiative continues to serve over 18 million nutritious cooked meals annually to migrant families, combating malnutrition and fostering healthier communities. Every healthcare initiative we undertake aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, SDG 5: Gender Equality, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Our journey of health empowerment is further strengthened through partnerships and future-forward programs focusing on maternal health, menstrual hygiene, mental health, and telemedicine. Through our iMpower program, we provide essential healthcare support to pregnant mothers, ensuring prenatal care, nutritional guidance, and safe deliveries. Together, we strive to build a sustainable, inclusive healthcare ecosystem where no one is left behind.

Looking ahead, our vision for 2035 is to impact over 10 million individuals annually by expanding preventive healthcare, technology-driven medical solutions, and community health programs. We aim to strengthen maternal health, child nutrition, mental well-being, and primary healthcare, ensuring no one is left behind.

At M3M Foundation, we are not just providers of healthcare—we are enablers of change, champions of wellness, and architects of a healthier, more equitable future.

In your view, how is the healthcare industry evolving, and what role do you see your generation playing in shaping its future?

We are living in extraordinary times — a paradox of progress and vulnerability.

On one hand, we face unprecedented health challenges, from the devastating impact of viruses like COVID-19, to the rise of conditions that test our collective resilience. On the other, we are witnessing ground-breaking clinical and technological advancements that not only extend human longevity but, in some cases, offer individuals the agency to choose a dignified and painless end.

Globally, the healthcare landscape is evolving, shaped by diverse national priorities, demographic realities, and emerging health patterns. Amidst this transformation, our commitment remains rooted in a simple yet profound belief: we owe who we are today to the communities that surround and support us.

Through our philanthropic efforts, we strive to ensure that the villages, towns, and ecosystems we are a part of — and responsible for — remain healthy, safe, and resilient. This is not charity; it is our shared responsibility. Because when we uplift those around us, we honour the very foundation of our own growth.

Looking ahead, how do you plan to expand or diversify the legacy you’ve inherited—and what message would you like to give to future generations of healthcare entrepreneurs?

Furthering my father’s legacy is not just a responsibility — it’s a deeply personal mission. His vision has always been to uplift lives with dignity, scale, and sincerity, and I am committed to expanding that vision into every corner of India. Through M3M Foundation’s presence across 22 states, 3 union territories, and over 750 villages, we have already touched 4.8 million lives — but this is just the beginning.

To honour and extend his legacy, I aim to deepen our impact — by empowering over 5,00,000 children with quality education, expanding healthcare access for those in the most remote and forgotten areas, and equipping even more youth and women with the skills they need to lead independent, dignified lives. We’ve already trained thousands through our vocational programs, but my goal is to see these youth become entrepreneurs and change makers in their own communities.

In line with my father’s deep respect for nature and sustainable living, we’ve thus far planted over 2,50,000 trees and actively promoted eco-conscious practices — and we plan to scale this work dramatically in the years to come. Additionally, our disaster relief interventions will remain a priority, ensuring that our most vulnerable communities are never left behind in times of crisis.

Carrying his values forward means thinking holistically — addressing not just poverty, but the emotional, environmental, and spiritual well-being of our people. That’s the foundation he laid, and it’s the future I am determined to build — one village, one child, one life at a time.

I carry within me a deep desire to give back to the country that has given us everything — growth, opportunity, prosperity, and, above all, the belief that when we work with sincerity and heart, even the sky is not the limit. India has been the soil in which our dreams have taken root and flourished, and it is only right that we now become the hands that nurture its future. My journey — both personal and professional — is dedicated to honouring that debt with humility, purpose, and service.
