Hyderabad, January 20, 2026: Rainbow Children’s Medicare Limited, a leading provider of paediatrics, perinatal, and women’s healthcare services in India, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Abrarali Dalal as Chief Executive Officer, effective from January 20, 2026. This strategic leadership transition reflects the Company’s commitment to strengthening its executive team and advancing its long-term vision of delivering comprehensive and high-quality care across its expanding network.

Mr. Dalal brings more than 25 years of distinguished experience in the healthcare sector, including leadership roles in multi-location hospital networks, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. His appointment follows the recommendation of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a resolution passed by the Board of Directors.

In his new role, Mr. Dalal will be responsible for overseeing Rainbow’s continued expansion, enhancing clinical and operational performance, and driving value for patients, partners, and stakeholders. His deep industry knowledge and proven track record in healthcare leadership are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of the Company’s growth.
