AASRA Hospitals to offer free consultations for its patients on account of World Health Day

Bangalore: As the healthcare fraternity across the world gets ready to celebrate World Health Day, AASRA Hospitals, India’s first complete robotic surgical center has announced that it will be providing free consultation for all its patients tomorrow.

World Health Day 2023 marks the 75th anniversary of the World Health Organization (WHO), an important milestone in the history of global healthcare. This year’s theme is “Health for All,” which emphasizes the need for equity and access to healthcare services for all.

Accessibility to healthcare has still remained a major challenge despite the government’s recent efforts to ramp up healthcare infrastructure. It is a fact that 75% of healthcare professionals serve the urban population, which constitutes just 27% of the Indian population, while 73% of the population lacks access to proper healthcare support. Over 716 million Indians still lack access to proper medical facilities. This World Health Day, AASRA Hospitals has taken a step forward towards making equitable access to healthcare by providing free consultations for all its patients.

As a part of its commitment to providing quality healthcare services to all, AASRA Hospitals welcomes everyone for free consultations from top experts in Indian healthcare fraternity. Experts will provide guidance and answer any questions patients may have about their health concerns.

“We are proud to support the WHO’s mission of making healthcare accessible to all by providing free consultations for patients on World Health Day 2023,” said Dr. Jagadish Hiremath, Chairman at AASRA Hospitals.

“We believe that every person should have access to affordable and reliable healthcare services, and we are committed to making that a reality. We hope that this initiative will encourage more people to prioritize their health and seek the care they need”, he added.
