Agarwal Samaj Telangana hosts Two days Blood Donation Camp for Thalassemia Patients in Hyderabad

TSCS achieves great milestone by collecting 314 blood units at the Mega Blood Donation Camp with the support of Agarwal Samaj members

Agarwal Samaj Telangana, in collaboration with The Hyderabad Cutpiece Cloth Merchant Association and Wholesale Art Silk Cloth Merchant Association, organized a successful blood donation camp at Suraj Bhawan in Ghasi Bazaar Market today. The camp was aimed at providing vital support to individuals suffering from thalassemia, a blood disorder. The total 314 units blood collected will be donated to the Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society.

Speaking on the occasion Dr Chandrakant Agarwal said, “We are really grateful to the ­­­­­­314 donors & others, who have come forward and donated blood to meet the blood requirement for thalassemia patients. We are extremely honoured that Mr Manish Agarwal & Agarwal Samaj members has visited the blood donation camp

Speaking about the blood donation camp Manish Agarwal, President – Agarwal Samaj said “TSCS has been at the forefront in conducting mega blood donation camps in Hyderabad. We thank all the guests and donors who have extended their support to us and also promised to promote awareness of Thalassemia and its eradication”.

President Manish Agarwal thanked all the donors for their selfless contributions and encouraged more people to donate blood at tomorrow’s camp. He emphasized the importance of pre-marriage HbA2 blood tests to help prevent thalassemia in future generations.
