AIMS Faridabad is hosting a week-long celebration to honor its nurses, with fun activities, cultural performances, and awards.

Asian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Faridabad is going all out to celebrate Nurses Day this year, starting from May 6th. They’re pulling out all the stops to honor the hard work and dedication of nurses with a bunch of fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
They’ve got a lineup of exciting events that showcase the spirit of teamwork and excellence among nurses. Certificates and momentos were awarded to recognize the best-performing departments to letting nurses show off their artistic side in a Mehandi Competition and T-Shirt Painting Contest with a Nurses Day theme, there’s something for everyone. Additionally, the Quiz Competition serves as a platform to celebrate the intellectual prowess of nursing professionals, while the Best Out of Waste initiative showcases their innovation and commitment to sustainability.
Complimenting these activities is an exciting cultural program featuring dazzling performances like the Manipuri, Bengali, and Punjabi dances. Plus, there’s a skit that humorously highlights the everyday challenges nurses face on the job.

More than 50 nurses have actively participated in these enriching activities, further fostering a sense of unity and appreciation within the nursing community. To honor their dedication, awards will be presented for categories such as Best Groomed Nurse, Most Soft-Spoken Nurse, Nightingale Award for both male and female nurses, and Best Nurse-Friendly Doctor, among others.
