Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children organized a cheerful day-long ‘Diwali Mela’ filled with creativity and joy for more than 50 children battling with different types of illness in the hospital premises. The celebration consisted of lantern and diya making, rangoli making, dance, funfair games, toran and Diwali card making, and a photo booth where children captured their joyful moments with families and Hospital staff. The Diwali festivities uplifted the spirits of children aged 3-15, facing through therapeutic activities. The motto was spreading love, peace, and light and encouraging everyone to celebrate pollution-free eco-friendly Diwali. The crafted lanterns will be displayed in the hospital.
