Sunil Khurana Appointed Executive Chairman
In a significant development, Mr. Sunil Khurana has been elevated to the role of Executive Chairman of BPL Medical Technologies. Prior to this appointment, he served as the company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Khurana joined BPL Medical over a decade ago from Bharti Infratel Limited and previously held the position of Director – CT at GE Healthcare. An accomplished professional, he holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping BPL Medical’s strategic direction and expanding its footprint in the medical technology domain.

Dr. Shravan Subramanyam Named Managing Director
Dr. Shravan Subramanyam has taken over the mantle as Managing Director of BPL Medical Technologies. Dr. Subramanyam brings with him over 20 years of experience in the medical devices and life sciences industry. He was previously the President & CEO of GE Healthcare – India & South Asia, and Managing Director of Wipro GE Healthcare. His deep industry insights, global exposure, and commitment to innovation are expected to drive BPL Medical’s next phase of growth and transformation.

Guruswamy K Appointed Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Guruswamy K, who has served with distinction as the Chief Operating Officer at BPL Medical, has now been appointed as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. His leadership credentials include his tenure as the CEO of Penlon, UK, where he was conferred with the prestigious title of Honorary Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by the late Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of his contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
