Eqova Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (Eqova) announced its transaction with Max Healthcare Institute Ltd (MHIL) in order to aid development and provide high end medical services to the 400 bed hospital to be built on a 2.1 acres of land parcel in Patparganj, Delhi; owned by Nirogi Charitable and Medical ResearchTrust.

Eqova is presently engaged in providing services to the 20 bed facility operating at the site and played a key role in the Covid-19 vaccination drive in East Delhi. It has an exclusive long term agreement with Nirogi Charitable and Medical Research Trust to aid development andprovide medical services to the hospital.

The transaction will fast track the addition of beds in the hospital and the collaboration with Max Healthcare will enable faster ramp up of occupancies and provide high end medicalcare to the region. The hospital will generate employment and also serve the economically weaker section by providing free of cost treatment in both in-patient and out-patient departments.
