In association with an eye-specialist, Lenskart to throw light on the burning issue

In the wake of the nationwide lockdown, venturing out has reached a stage of complete standstill and staying-in has ultimately led to excessive screen-time owing to our increased dependency on laptops, mobile phones and TVs at homes for the elderly and senior citizens. As part of the move, the brand will host a Facebook live session with a prolific eye expert on how to age-proof eyesight as with increasing age, the prevalence of vision impairment and age-related diseases grow rapidly.

A list of acclaimed experts and doctors from renowned hospitals have joined in this mammoth effort to bring focus and attention to this issue. On June 13 i.e. Saturday, Lenskart will host its next leg of live session with Dr. Sonia Bhalla – Senior Consultant, Eye Specialist, Iris Healthcare, Fortis on its Facebook handle at 4:30 pm (IST) to shed light on age-related problems around vision and eye-health. The audience can also submit their queries that will be responded to, by the eye expert during the session.
