Millions more could die if there is a second wave of coronavirus, WHO Assistant Director-General for Strategic Initiatives, Dr Ranieri Guerra, has said. “The pandemic is behaving as we hypothesised,” he added. “The comparison is with the 1918 Spanish Flu, which behaved exactly like COVID-19…[and led to] death of 50 million people during the second wave,” he further said.
