The National Human Rights Commission on Wednesday issued notice to the Union Health Ministry and Delhi government over the “grim state of affairs” and mismanagement of the medical system in Delhi. The NHRC issued the notice on Congress leader Ajay Maken’s complaint. According to the complaint, non-availability of beds and inadequate testings have resulted in many deaths in Delhi.
