OMRON healthcare India unveils its first experience centre to expand its retail footprint
- One-of-its-kind ‘Customer Experience + Service Centre’ in the home health monitoring segment in the country
OMRON Healthcare India, the leaders in digital Blood Pressure Monitoring segment, opened its first experience centre at Gurgaon today. The move denotes company’s home healthcare monitoring space, for bringing the brand closer to the existing and potential customers in the northern market.
The facility will serve as a one-stop destination to showcase as well as service Omron’s entire portfolio of home health monitoring solutions comprising of Digital Blood Pressure Monitors, Nebulisers, Nerve Stimulators, Body Fat Monitors, Thermometers and Massagers.
Inaugurating the centre in the presence of key business associates, Mr. Kazunori Tokura, Managing Director, OMRON Healthcare India, said “With the rising expanse of lifestyle diseases and government’s focus on preventive healthcare segment, we have been strengthening our connect with people, step by step, to make them understand the importance of home health monitoring for a healthy living. The first experience centre in Delhi (NCR) is a key step in this regard. The center provide a window to take care of all kinds of customer service issues ranging from the run-of-the mill calibration issues to in and out of warranty & repair services needing advanced technical interventions. The customers will be attended by team Omron members directly to resolve their queries and give them complete know-how on the utility of Omron products.
