To organize in-house Yoga sessions for hospital staff a day prior to ‘World Heart Day

Sakra World Hospital, a leading multi-specialty hospital in the city, is organizing a two-week awareness program to celebrate World Heart Day. Following this year’s World Heart Day theme, ‘My Heart, Your Heart’, the campaign largely aims at spreading awareness about good heart health amongst people from all walks of life including corporates, public sectors and government bodies. As a part of the campaign, Sakra World Hospital is also providing free preliminary health checkup in its techie neighborhood.

On Saturday, September 28, 2019, Sakra will conduct an in-house Yoga session for the hospital staffs. Commencing at 8.00AM, the yoga class will be conducted by the experts who will demonstrate different ‘Asanas’ and explain the benefits of yoga in preventing various cardiovascular problems.
