Health authorities in Telangana have confirmed that a second Sudanese national admitted to a Hyderabad hospital has tested negative for Ebola, providing reassurance amid heightened surveillance following global concerns over recent Ebola outbreaks in parts of Africa.   Officials stated that the individual was admitted as a
