Molbio Diagnostics IPO: ₹281.5 Crore Raised Ahead of ₹940 Crore Issue

Molbio Diagnostics, the Goa-based molecular diagnostics company, has raised ₹281.5 crore ahead of its proposed ₹940 crore initial public offering (IPO), strengthening its financial position as it prepares to enter the public markets. The company, known for its point-of-care molecular diagnostic platform, is scheduled to open its IPO for public subscription from August 10 to August 12, 2026.

Molbio Diagnostics IPO Price Band and Issue Structure

The IPO has been fixed in the price band of ₹768–₹807 per equity share. The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of approximately ₹739.7 crore, taking the total issue size to around ₹939.7 crore. The fresh capital is expected to support Molbio’s growth and expansion plans, while the OFS component will provide an exit opportunity to existing shareholders. Molbio Diagnostics’ Financial Growth: FY24 to FY26

The company has reported strong financial growth in recent years. Molbio’s revenue increased from approximately ₹840.6 crore in FY24 to ₹1,028 crore in FY25, while profit after tax rose from around ₹83.5 crore to ₹138.6 crore during the same period. FY26 revenue stood at approximately ₹1,455 crore, with profit after tax at around ₹164 crore, according to reported financial data.
