IHH Healthcare, one of the world’s largest integrated healthcare providers, has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to consolidate its global enterprise systems into a unified, AI enabled cloud platform. The initiative aims to replace multiple legacy systems with a single integrated digital backbone to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision making, and support scalable growth across its international network.
As part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy, IHH will deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) solutions to unify finance, HR, and supply chain operations. The transition is expected to streamline business processes, improve governance, enhance workforce insights, and strengthen supply chain resilience through real time, AI driven analytics.
IHH Healthcare currently operates 190 healthcare facilities, including 89 hospitals, across 10 countries, supported by a workforce of approximately 76,000 employees, serving millions of patients annually through brands such as Fortis, Gleneagles, and Mount Elizabeth. The scale and geographic spread of operations have made system consolidation critical for improving visibility, standardization, and efficiency across markets.
The move to Oracle Fusion Cloud is expected to enable IHH to transition from fragmented legacy systems to a connected, intelligent enterprise platform capable of supporting automated workflows and data driven clinical and operational decisions. The integrated suite will also help align operations across diverse regulatory environments while reducing costs and improving productivity.
According to IHH leadership, the transformation is built on three key pillars core systems, data platforms, and AI capabilities aimed at enabling the organization to function as a unified global healthcare network while delivering consistent, high quality patient care.
This initiative marks a significant step in IHH Healthcare’s digital transformation journey, reinforcing its strategy to leverage cloud and AI technologies to enhance operational performance, improve patient outcomes, and drive sustainable growth across its global healthcare ecosystem
