32nd edition strengthens India’s position as a growing hub for MedTech innovation, manufacturing, healthcare technology and global business collaboration

Mumbai, September 2026: The 32nd edition of Medical Fair India, India’s No. 1 Trade Fair for Hospitals, Health Centres & Clinics, concluded successfully on 19 September 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai, bringing together 15,291 visitors from 15 Countries and 500+ exhibiting brands from 11 countries represented by 306 companies across three days of business networking, technology showcase and knowledge exchange.

Organised by Messe Düsseldorf India, the three-day exhibition provided a comprehensive platform for healthcare professionals, hospital procurement leaders, medical device manufacturers, technology providers, distributors, innovators and other stakeholders to discover new products and solutions across the healthcare and MedTech ecosystem.

The exhibition featured exhibitors from Brazil, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, People’s Republic of China, Singapore, Taiwan and the USA, with country pavilions from China, Republic of Korea and Japan.

New Medical Manufacturing India Platform Strengthens MedTech Focus

One of the key highlights of Medical Fair India 2026 was the introduction of the Medical Manufacturing India Pavilion & Conference, a dedicated platform focused on raw materials, components, machinery, services and MedTech manufacturing solutions.

The new platform brought greater focus to India’s medical device manufacturing ecosystem and supply chain, creating opportunities for manufacturers, technology providers and innovators to engage with the wider healthcare industry.

The exhibition also witnessed the launch of the Frost & Sullivan whitepaper, “India’s MedTech Transformation: Building Scalable Care, Diagnostics, and Manufacturing Capabilities.”

International Participation and Business Engagement

The 2026 edition witnessed strong international participation, with visitors representing 25 countries, alongside exhibitors from 11 countries. The exhibition also welcomed International Buyer Visitor Delegations nominated by organisations including INCHAM – the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Peru, Mollymer Medical, Junkosha Inc., Seoul Business Agency (Republic of Korea) managed by Venture Blick, and the Israel Economic & Trade Mission in India.

The exhibition showcased innovations and solutions across a broad spectrum of healthcare segments, including Medical Equipment & Devices, Medical Technology, Healthcare IT Systems & Solutions, Hospital & Healthcare Infrastructure, Pharmacy and Dispensary Equipment and Furniture, Disposables & Consumer Goods, Imaging & Diagnostics, Laboratory and Analytical Equipment, Measuring & Testing Equipment, Life Sciences and Biotechnology, and Rehabilitation, Orthopedic and Physiotherapy solutions and Components.

Four Conference Platforms Address Healthcare’s Future

The exhibition was complemented by four conference platforms, with a total of 238 delegates and 103 speakers participating across the conference programmes.

The 11th International Healthcare Conference, in partnership with Voice of Healthcare, addressed key themes including future-ready hospitals, AI and sustainable healthcare systems, precision diagnostics, MedTech innovation, nursing leadership, digital health, cardiovascular care and healthcare entrepreneurship.

The 2nd Healthcare Leadership & Nursing Excellence Summit focused on intelligent and sustainable healthcare, the future of hospital leadership, nursing leadership, precision healthcare, cardiovascular care, connected care and trust in the digital age.

The 10th Future for Health (FTR4H) Conference brought discussions around AI and data analytics, MedTech development and manufacturing in India, wearable healthcare technologies, digital health, proactive care solutions and the future of hospitals.

The newly introduced Medical Manufacturing India Conference, under the theme “From Design to Delivery: Strengthening India’s Medical Device Manufacturing Ecosystem,” addressed subjects including medical device components and manufacturing technologies, polymer-based medical devices, product innovation, start-ups and India’s IVD supply chain.

Medical Fair India 2026 received support from leading organisations across the healthcare and MedTech ecosystem. Key partners included Hindustan Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. as Badge Partner, J. Mitra & Co. Pvt. Ltd. as IVD Partner, Freudenberg Medical as Associate Partner, Ranish Impex Pvt. Ltd. as Well Being Partner and Frost & Sullivan as Knowledge Partner.

The event was also supported by prominent industry bodies and institutions including the Association of Indian Medical Device Industry (AiMeD), Association of Diagnostics Manufacturers of India (ADMI), Association of Healthcare Providers – India (AHPI), Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Atal Incubation Centre (AIC), Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO), Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices (EPCMD), GLOBAL MEDTECH ADVOCACY & ADVISORY FORUM (GMAAF), Quality and Accreditation Institute (QAI), NASSCOM, NABL, Quality Council of India (QCI), Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and Voice of Healthcare (VoH).

The successful introduction of Medical Manufacturing India, alongside the continued development of digital health, diagnostics, healthcare infrastructure and MedTech-focused platforms, further expanded the scope of the event and created new opportunities for industry collaboration and business development.

Stage is set for 2 power-packed editions next year. The 33rd edition will unfold in New Delhi from 13-15 March 2027 at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan) followed by the 34th edition in Mumbai from 20-22 August 2027.
