Manipal Hospital, Sarjapur is pleased to announce the joining of Dr. Rohit Ravindra Tanga, an esteemed cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon, who brings over 15 years of expertise in advanced cardiothoracic procedures. Through his career, Dr. Rohit has performed numerous surgeries, primarily focused on adult cardiac operations.

Prior to joining Manipal Hospital Sarjapur, Dr. Rohit was a Junior Consultant in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) at Fortis Cunningham Road. Additionally, he has experience working at several other hospitals, including Kamineni Hospital LB Nagar in Hyderabad, Fortis Cunningham Road in Bangalore, and Sparsh Hospital on Infantry Road in Bangalore.

Dr. Tanga completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from MR Medical College, Gulbarga, and an MCh in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery from Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, Bangalore. With over 15 years of experience, he is recognized as a specialist in thoracic-abdominal and cardiothoracic procedures. His areas of expertise include adult cardiac surgery, with a particular focus on minimum access surgery for valve repairs and replacements, minimal access multi-vessel coronary bypass grafting on a beating heart, advanced care for heart failure, thoracic aneurysm surgery, and endovascular stenting. Dr. Tanga is dedicated to providing less invasive solutions that ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment.
