What was your rationale behind your career

During my graduation he explored immensely in Direct Selling Industry with diligent determination for a span of 5 years globally from USA to Europe to become able to render the most efficient, competent & prospective Direct Selling Business Model for Indian people. Earlier I worked with NGOs with a vision to bring awareness and to improve scientific understanding in Stem Cell field for finding cure of the incurable diseases by integrating all the sectors like doctors, patients, scientists, legal bodies, business people, students & NGOs etc and got an idea to open a company with segment of Ayurvedic/ herbal products. I persisted for a dream company like no other on earth: a company that metamorphoses lives through its amazing products and ever growing business opportunities. And when moved back to India I started my own company.

  How are you meeting the demands of these high penetrated and rapidly growing needs of the market?

Yes this is true to understand the different need of customer is foremost important. Periodically taking Customer Survey and their feedback is the best tool to identify the opportunity in the market as we are into FMCG & healthcare sector. And we are keep on exploring our product range right from healthcare to FCMG segment.

  Why do you feel innovation is the key to differentiation?

I strongly believe in innovations. When we started the company there were just 5 products in Healthcare segment. Gradually with core market study and innovative concept we keep on launching the products which received immerse customer demand & satisfaction that helped us to establish our brand name in the healthcare market. This is all because of innovative ideas transpired in synergy with new technology, When  started I have no team except 2 researcher fellows and few in operations. And today there are more than 450 products in the basket.

  After your organization joined the parade, what have you added to the scenario

We kept on focusing on building strong infrastructure, strong supply chain, better customer care support & highly technical team.

  With such rapid, continual advances in technology, how do you ensure staying updated?

I try to stay updated by joining techie groups, following industry social media accounts, attending online discussion session, reading books & engaging market consultants. You can get a constant feed of information.

  What kind of research and development do you go through to match the pace of the market?

Company keep on launching the products with healthy blend of herbs which are known to possess good therapeutic effects as per different scientific trials. Through R&D, company designs new products and improves our existing offerings.

Market Study, Analysis & Health research has high value to society. It can provide important information about disease trends and risk factors, effective supplementation, filling gaps in knowledge functional abilities, patterns of care, and health care use. The different approaches to research provide complementary insights of market demand.

  Do you stand by the fact that a strong team important for a brand to grow?

Certainly, in any company the strong team is the backbone & plays vital role in brand building. Basically, strong team functions like an internal agency; their work extends to every other department. They work to bring the brand to life at every level of an organization, whether it’s advising leadership, guiding marketing, collaborating with HR, or demonstrating brand values through everyday interaction.

 There is a lot happening in the country, as a responsible healthcare startup/organization, where do you feel the country is going?

Yes, the fact is healthcare by its business nature is not a very fast-growing business. Unlike e-commerce where huge sales and marketing push can bring in overnight customers. For a healthcare business to establish itself and flourish, it needs to first establish trust and reliability. In healthcare having a healthy level of funding doesn’t ensure customer acquisition overnight. Currently, innovation and technology development is limited to market giants. This needs to be democratized through better research facilities and creating a healthcare innovation fund by Govt. to encourage startups to build technology platforms that contribute in terms of meaningful utility in delivering healthcare. While the private sector needs to fulfill the responsibility of being a guide and investor for the development of healthcare startups in India.
