Lumos Health Advisory, Asia’s premier healthcare speed scaling programme, has officially opened applications for its second cohort of early-stage healthcare startups. The startups working in high-impact healthtech and medtech domains are invited to apply before the application deadline of 25 June 2026.
Established by Anjali Ajaikumar and Prasad Vanga, Lumos Health was established on the conviction that healthcare startups need far more than capital to scale – they need timely advisory support, clinical access, and a powerful ecosystem of partners. The programme bridges that gap, enabling early-stage companies to accelerate their journey from prototype to market with speed and precision.
Lumos Health is powered by a strategic partnership between Anjali Ajaikumar, Director of HCG and Anthill Ventures, a global $ 100 M fund with strong investor and business networks spanning India, USA and Singapore. Together, they offer participating startups an unmatched combination of clinical infrastructure and commercial scale.
This initiative is open to startups from across the globe. Through Lumos Health’s partner hospital network and various partner, startups gain access to clinical trial support and real-world validation – enabling them to reach market significantly faster than through conventional routes.
Accepted startups benefit from a comprehensive package of support including Regulatory navigation, market access, clinical validation, capital and funding, expert mentorship, cohort sessions along with Infrastructure support.
“A successful healthcare startup today cannot solely depend upon technology as a differentiator. Healthcare innovation requires constant access to clinicians, patients, and regulatory frameworks, as well as the right ecosystem and market pathways to move from pilot testing to actual use. At Lumos, we believe the future will be influenced by the stronger integration of healthcare providers, innovators, investors, and industry leaders. Through bridging healthcare expertise, clinical infrastructure and investor networks, we help founders move faster with confidence.
This initiative shall support startups focusing primarily on preventive health & longevity, oncology innovation, fertility & women’s Health, genetics & genomics, along with diagnostics & medtech. Our goal is to help translate innovation into creating meaningful impact for patients.” said Anjali Ajaikumar Rossi, Founder, Lumos Health.
Solutions leveraging IoT-enabled remote monitoring, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, self-testing, image based pathology, blockchain, and medical big data are also strongly encouraged to apply.
The first cohort of Lumos Health demonstrated the programme’s potential to unlock synergies between innovative startups and the broader healthcare ecosystem. Alumni include companies such as ErlySign, RayIoT, KroniKare, AyuRhythm, Deep Holistics all having benefited from Lumos Health’s clinical networks and Anthill’s investor relationships.
“The support we received from the Lumos Health and HCG Group of Hospitals was instrumental in our growth journey. Through access to expert mentorship, clinical validation opportunities, and collaborative partnerships, we were able to test, validate, and enhance our solution in a real healthcare environment. Their confidence in our vision helped us transform an early stage innovation into a validated product with the potential to create meaningful healthcare outcomes.” said Shubhendra Singh Thakur, CEO & Founder, Erly Sign.
Lumos sits at a critical intersection between seed stage and early expansion where founders need the most hands on support and the programme is designed precisely for that inflection point. In the past, Lumos has reviewed 500+ startups, had 350+ applications, and accepted 8 startups into its portfolio.
