Paras Healthcare has a vast presence across cities like Gurgaon, Ranchi, Patna, Darbhanga, Panchkula, Udaipur; and through this association, Paras Healthcare will be using the MyHealthcare Enterprise Application to deliver its digital transformation with the launch of the Paras Patient Mobile App, Patient Portal, WhatsApp channel, connected to an AI-based EMR ecosystem for outpatient, in-patient & emergency services. The ecosystem has a cloud-based hospital information and management system, which runs on a workflow, task-based process flow, helping drive efficiency across hospital operations.

Dr. Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Healthcare said, “Our focus at Paras Healthcare has always been to use the best available technology platforms to make quality care accessible to our patients. To achieve this vision, it was essential for us to implement a scalable technology solution that will be a component of the Paras Healthcare Digital Health Ecosystem, which will connect and empower people to manage their health and wellness. This ecosystem will also be complemented by accessible and supportive clinical teams operating in an integrated environment with digital capabilities. Our partnership with MyHealthcare will improve the healthcare management of our patients and ensure that our clinicians have access to an integrated EMR ecosystem, to help deliver better patient care outcomes. It will also help us drive operational & process efficiencies, with the complete digitisation of the clinical, administrative and procurement processes.”

Vineet Aggarwal, Chief Information Officer, Paras Healthcare said, “Our entire focus as part of Digital Health Ecosystem has been to increase digital patient engagement, complete patient lifecycle management, enable clinicians with EMR to deliver better patient outcomes and improve internal efficiencies to keep offering affordable services to our patients. The partnership with MyHealthcare has started delivering results where our clinicians have access to the most advanced EMR ecosystem, across OP, IP and ER. Using an AI based CDSS, the EMR ecosystem helps with effective diagnosis and deliver better patient care outcomes. At the same time, we are making ourselves more accessible to our patients through multiple digital channels like WhatsApp, Patient App & Patient Portal, enabling them to go paperless and with zero queue waiting time by booking services in advance with digital payment channels.”

The MyHealthcare Enterprise Application is built on a scalable, microservices cloud-based platform, that helps care providers in driving operational and cost efficiencies, improving patient engagement, and building digital healthcare products for better patient care.

Commenting on the association, Shyatto Raha, Founder and CEO MyHealthcare said “It is well known that we have an acute shortage of doctors, specialists, nurses, radiologists, etc in India. With our population gap, this demand – supply mismatch will widen in the years ahead. We believe that technology enabled healthcare delivery is the only path in bridging this gap. Through our association with the Paras Healthcare Group, we have been able to align our digital healthcare ecosystem to Paras’ digital roadmap and long term vision of using technology to improve patient care.”

MyHealthcare Enterprise Application is built on global industry best practices and standardised coding systems. Its real time monitoring of TATs achieves faster and timely delivery of services to its patients. The technology stack helps reduce a hospital’s technology operating cost by over 40% and delivers the best-in-class data security.

Diwakar Bhowmik, Vice President, MyHealthcare Enterprise Application said “The MyHealthcare Enterprise Ecosystem is designed to help hospitals and healthcare institutions to drive efficiency and improve the efficacy of healthcare delivery. The enterprise ecosystem integrates across multiple provider platforms and will enable Paras Healthcare to deliver quality care, across a wider geography. We are focussed on bringing healthcare technology products to our healthcare partners, helping them deliver effective patient care.”
