announce the launch of India’s first-ever female fleet for Pre-Policy Medical Check-Ups
(PPMC) – Team Pink.

Female phlebotomists at Redcliffe Labs have always been part of Redcliffe Labs for home sample
collection since the beginning. Now, this International Women’s Day, we launch PPMC, which aims to
empower women by providing them equal access to healthcare services. Apart from blood sample
collection, PPMC offers additional services of ECG at home, vital screening like measuring height,
weight, and BMI, Pulse & BP Monitoring, and performing all the necessary checks for initiating medical
insurance. Team Pink is primarily for offering complete comfort and ease to females during their vital
health checkups.

Team Pink comprises highly skilled and dedicated women committed to ensuring
that people looking for primary medical checkups don’t have to spend hours in long queues.
With just a few clicks, individuals can book for PPMC on the Redcliffe Labs website from the
comfort of their homes. This initiative is a testament to the company’s commitment to
women’s empowerment and promoting gender equality.

The Director of Redcliffe Labs, Harshita Jain, and Preeti Agarwal, Director of Marketing,
emphasize the importance of prioritizing women’s health and addressing their health issues
promptly. They believe women’s health is crucial for building a Healthier Bharat
and acknowledge the challenges women face in accessing healthcare services.
In addition to the launch of Team Pink, Redcliffe Labs has also initiated the “Know Her.” campaign,
which aims to increase awareness about women’s health problems and promote
women’s well-being.

The campaign emphasizes the need to identify and address health
issues specific to women, such as Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer, STDs, PCOS, Heart
Diseases, Endometriosis, Osteoporosis, Menopause, Reproductive Health disorders, and
other  physical and mental issues.

Through the “Know Her” campaign, Redcliffe Labs aims to spread the message of the
importance of knowing women’s health and encouraging routine checkups to confirm or rule
out risks. The company has organized several on-ground health camps for women’s health
checkups. Also, a social experiment to find out how well people know about women’s health.
