Dr. Sunil Bhatt, renowned for his expertise in Pediatric Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at Narayana Hrudayalaya today visited Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS) for the follow-up consultations with patients who have undergone Bone Marrow Transplants (BMT).

Dr. Sunil Bhat aims to provide comprehensive care and monitor the progress of individuals who have undergone BMT procedures under his guidance at TSCS.

Expressing his enthusiasm on the visit, Dr. Sunil Bhat stated, “The well-being and progress of our patient’s post-BMT are of paramount importance. Collaborating with Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society Hyderabad allows us to offer continued support and comprehensive care to these individuals, marking a significant milestone in their journey toward improved health. I am so happy to see all the healthy patients here who have done their BMT, should appreciate the efforts of TSCS for always keeping up with them.”

Dr. Chandrakant Agarwal, President of Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society, shared his thoughts, stating, “TSCS till today have achieved a noteworthy milestone of completing total of 121 BMT’s. Though the number of BMTs of our patients by Narayana Hrudayalaya is hardly 17, but Our collaboration with Dr. Sunil Bhatt and the expert team at Narayana Hrudayalaya has been pivotal in elevating the quality of life for patients who have undergone bone marrow transplants. Through ongoing follow-ups and the unwavering support of TSCS, we aim to optimize patient outcomes and contribute significantly to their long-term health.”
